What exactly does EvCloudPay do?

It's the cloud control plane for EV charging operators — monitor stations in real time, manage charging sessions, take and reconcile payments (including offline), issue receipts, and track revenue and energy across your whole network.

How are offline payments handled?

If connectivity drops mid-session, the payment is captured locally and the charge continues. When the connection returns, an automatic commit handshake reconciles the transaction and issues the receipt — so no revenue is lost.
